Research assistant (m/f/d) with the possibility of a PhD in deep learning
We are looking for a Research Associate (m/f/d) (EG 13 TV-L, 100%) with the possibility of a PhD in the field of deep learning, including generative models.
Your tasks:
– Research on deep learning, generative models, robustness and resilience of deep neural networks.
– Independent scientific contribution to the research activities of the group.
– Interaction with partners and further development of research problems.
– Writing scientific publications and presenting research results at international conferences (including international travel).
– Contribute to teaching activities (English and German).
Your background:
– You have an above-average degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related subject.
– You have an excellent background in machine learning, deep learning or computer vision.
– You have strong programming skills (e.g. Python, CUDA, C/C++).
– You work independently and have good self-organisation skills.
– You aspire to do a PhD.
– You are interested in contributing to the administration of the university.
– You have excellent written and spoken English and very good German.
