LMS News – July 2021
From now on, there will be a regular post on the latest news from the LMS. In this first post we report from our activites on international conferences and we say hello to our new co-workers.
Although we are still in times of a pandemic, we visited various conferences in June. We virtually took part in the PCS in Bristol, in the CVPR, and finally we were very active on this year’s ICASSP in Toronto, where we had the honour to present 9 papers.
Finally, we say a warm welcome to our new co-worlers: Geetha Ramasubbu and Dat Thanh Nguyen, who will perform research on energy efficient video encoding and compression of point clouds.
